Over the years, I have endured thru bod shaming and figure pic issues, and frankly I still do, to some level we all do. 3 years back, I embarked the process of confronting this issue, the process of accepting and wielding my figure in its original form and shape. For my Assets Photo thesis at college, I spent an whole yr examining every aspect of my assets by creating a similar, hardly different lump of art. At the end of the yr I couldn't even sight at it, I tore it apart, shredded it in to lumps, moneyless down and sobbed on the floor. Last month I gathered the courage again to compete myself and face my dreads, be able to witness my figure's message thru art.
